WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE SERVICES?
We will make up to 4 attempts for 1 address that you provide.
We will complete the Proof of Service and e-mail it directly to you to file with the court.
When the Process Server goes out to the location our phones are connected to an application that sends you realtime updates via e-mail.
You will receive a picture of the serving location and a GPS tag so you will actually see that we are on location.
HOW DO I PAY?
First send your documents to us via e-mail or fax, please include serving address and name of person being served.
We will use your same e-mail address that you used to send the documents to us to send you an electronic invoice. The electronic invoice is a link.
Click on the link that will be in your e-mail and you will be able to pay with a major credit card or debit card.

STANDARD SERVICE
We will make the first attempt within 72 hours of receiving your payment and documents.
RUSH SERVICE
We will make the first attempt within 24 hours of receiving your payment and documents.
SPECIAL SERVICE
Can you serve documents to someone in Jail?
Yes, we can.
Can you locate someone and serve them?
Yes, we provide locate and serve services.
